Grant Parks of Coal Mine Music just finished up a song that features KRS ONE on (Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music’s spoken word artist) Malik Yusef’s new album “G.O.O.D. Morning, G.O.O.D. Night” (June 2nd release). He is currently working on Grand Puba’s new album set to release on Babygrande records June 23rd & Sadat X’s “Wild Cowboys Part 2″ fall 2009. Read more about him here.

The Alpha Tau Omega and Acacia Fraternities of Indiana University will be hosting the Grammy Award winning artist Ludacris for a live concert on Thursday, April 23rd. The scheduled performance is just two days before the famous Little 500 Men’s Bike Race.

The event will be donating a portion of its proceeds to the Indiana University Dance Marathon. IUDM is Indiana University’s largest philanthropy organization. Each year it raises money for the Riley Children’s Hospital; in 2008 the organization raised $1,376,550.23 for Riley.
