Cash Money's Brisco drops single "On the Wall" featuring Lil' Wayne

What were you doing before you started rapping?
I’ve been grinding all my life. I’ve been rapping since I was 14 so I was going to school. Everything I was doing was positive. Most cats will say they were trapping but I can’t say that. A lot of my people died early, so they’ve been my influence to keep it going.

How did you link with Cash Money?
I was featured on Lil’ Wayne’s “The Carter 3.” I’m from Opalocka, Florida and after the unfortunate situation with Katrina, they came to Miami. When they came over I was killing the DJ Khaled parties. Wayne told Baby, and I was signed.

What kind of style of rap do you do?
I wouldn’t classify myself. I do all type of genres.

What is the name of your single?
“On the Wall” featuring Lil’ Wayne. He blessed me. I got the record from Flo-Rida. His people produced it. We needed Wayne’s sound so we reached out to Wayne. He shot his piece of the video before he went in. I’m shooting my part tomorrow in Miami. You should see it in a couple weeks.

What’s the name of the album?
“Street Medicine” is the album. Expect greatness from Brisco!
